Once your application has been submitted, Colleen Gosnell, General Manager will contact you to discuss availabilities. Only applications that are considered to compliment our overall tenant mix will be contacted. To determine if your store concept compliments the overall tenant mix of our Centre, click on Leasing and then Permanent and review the "Information at a Glance" area.

In addition, to qualify for a short-term store unit you must be able to provide a minimum of $5,000,000 in general liability insurance naming Windsor Crossing, OpTrust Retail Inc and Bentall LP as additional insured.
